Winsley Shuttle bus operations

D1 service will be on a diversion via the London Road and Bypass to head to Winsley via the Bradford Road and Sally in the Wood and into Bradford on Avon which will connect to the shuttle service during the Closures.

Maldon Road, Hatfield Peverel is closed to traffic for the installation of new telegraph poles from Friday 18th October to Monday 21st October 2024.

Maldon Road, Hatfield Peverel is to be closed from Does Corner bus stop to The Museum of Power.

Due to the location of the road closure the 73/73A/73B services will divert in both directions via Maldon Road, The Street, A12, Maldon Road (A414), Wycke Hill, Maldon Bypass and Heybridge Approach.

Due to the length of the diversion, there will likely be delays to service.

The Wells Road (A367) in Radstock will be closed to services 171, 174 and 522 from 09:00 on Sunday 1st June and will remain fully closed until 06:00 on Monday 2nd June, to facilitate carriageway works.

Services heading from Bath to Midsomer Norton, after serving the Victoria Hall bus stop in Radstock, will be diverted via Somervale Road, Radstock Road and left into Midsomer Norton High Street to resume normal route at the 'The Hollies' stop.

To allow for work on Monday 21st October at 20:00 until Tuesday 22nd October at 06:00, the M8 J15 on slips J13 and M80 J1 Blochairn on slip & J2 off slip will be closed.

During the closure, the following diversion will be in operation:

Services X3 X85 & X87 towards Kirkintilloch/Cumbernauld:

Roundhay Road is closed nightly, between 18:30 - 00:01

Between 21st - 25th of October, then 28th of October - 1st of November

Services affected:  12, 13, 13A 

Diversions as follows: 

12 towards Rounhay Park:
Diversion via North Street, Sheepscar Interchange, Chapeltown Road, Harehills Lane and Roundhay Road.

To allow for Motorway Works on Monday 21st October at 20:00 until Tuesday 23rd October at 06:00 - M8 J23-24 west-bound will be closed.

During the closure, the following diversion will be in operation:

Service 500 towards Glasgow Airport:

Currently diverting via Church Balk and Coulman St in both directions.

Night works between the hours of 19:00 – 07:00 only. This will affect the following outbound X53 06:00 from Bridport Bus Station. The outbound X51 06:30 service from Bridport Bus Station and the 06:39 inbound X53 from Talbot Arms.

Outbound

Service 54 - Langport, Bow Street

Saturday 26th October until Saturday 2nd November

Langport, Bow Street will be closed closed for Openreach works.

Buses will divert between Langport Somerton Road and Taunton Blackbrook Bus Gate.

We will be unable to serve Langport Bow Street, Curry Rivel, Fivehead, Wrantage or Henlade.

Passengers in Henlade can use service 30 for buses towards Taunton.

Due to CityFibre works taking place on Church Road in Great Plumstead between Friday 25th October & Friday 1st November, service 33/33A will be on diversion.
