A temporary stop will be supplied by the works promoter.
Bromley Road/Hawthorn Avenue, Colchester will be closed for roadworks from Monday 24th February to Monday 31st March 2025.
Due to the location of the road closure the S5 and 1A services will be placed on diversion:

Towards Greenstead: Service S5 and 1A will divert, after serving St Andrews Gardens, via Saint Andrew's Avenue, Avon Way and Hawthorn Avenue before terminating journey at Greenstead Library.
Due to operational issues, the following services are experiencing disruptions:
The T2 service 07:10 from Truro to St Austell Aldi is cancelled
The T2 service 08:05 from St Austell Aldi to St Ives commenced instead at St Austell Station at 08:26.
The T3 service 07:45 from Camborne to Newquay was cancelled.
The T3 service 10:29 from Newquay to St Ives started instead at 11:38 from Truro.
The 12:33 T1 service Truro to St Ives is cancelled.
The 14:46 T1 service from Penzance ro St Austell will start instead at Camborne at 15:44.
Due to a phone line being down and causing an obstruction, Three Springs Road, Defford Road and Broad Street in Pershore will not be served.
Buses instead will be using The High Street and the pick up in Pershore will be the Star Inn on outbound journeys,
Inbound journeys will be Coffee Number 1, passengers can use the makeshift stop outisde the Coffee Shop.
Services are now operating as normal.
Due to an illegally parked car, the 5 services are using Russell Road in both directions avoiding Grove Road.
The 900 service 07:29 from Padstow to Truro College did not run this morning due to operational issues.
The RED012 service to Redruth School is expressing delays due to operational issues.
