Traffic Delays

Heavy traffic in Bridgwater, Taunton due to delays on the M5. Services delayed by approximately 40 minutes.

Four-way traffic signals and pedestrian crossings at the Infirmary Street/King Street/East Parade/St Pauls Street Junction in Leeds City Centre due to emergency gas inspection works.

Services are seeing delays of up to 41 minutes.

Service 38

Due to significant delays being caused by heavy traffic around IKEA - service 38 will divert as below:

Via Ipswich Road, Hall Road (Vauxhall garage), left Hall Road, to the Asda traffic lights, Hall Road then reverse of above to City.

Return is the reverse of the above.

Updated [31/08/25, 10:30]: Road reopen, services have resumed the usual route. 

Service 115 - Far Lane

Due to badly parked cars on Far Lane:

Services Divdiverting via Doncaster Road and Mowbray Street in both directions.

Service 18, 18A - Carfield Avenue

Carfield Avenue has been blocked by badly parked cars.

Services to divert via Upper Albert Road in both directions.

Service 2

Services are diverting, due to a parade in the Finnieston area.

Diversion towards Faifley only: St Vincent Street at Elderslie Street, Elderslie Street, Berkeley Street, Claremont Street, Sauchiehall Street, Argyle Street and normal route.

Cleared as of 12:30.

Service 86

Gelderd Road / Ingram Distributor is closed due to emergency waterworks.

Service 86 to Bramley/Rodley diverting via Domestic Street, Whitehall Road, Northern Street, Wellington Street, Wellington Road, Armley Gyratory.

Until further notice.

Service 30

Due to the roundabout on Tudor Way, Dines Green now being closed, the 30 service will divert as follows:

Right at the end of Drake Avenue, Hawkins Close, Drake Avenue, Rea Way to continue the diversion inbound to City Centre.

Updated 14:00 - after surveying the roads around Dines Green estate, the 30 service is back on normal route today & tomorrow, however expecting the diversion to be back on Monday morning.

Priestthorpe Lane, Bingley - Road closure due to resurfacing works.
