139, 140, 141, 142 & connecting services - Wednesday 16th until Sunday 20th July

Services are delayed up to 30 mins by traffic caused by a Royal Horticultural Society show at Wentworth Woodhouse.

Services remain on normal route but are being heavily regulated.

Due to the closure of Bennettthorpe, services in the area are diverted as follows:

Bennettthorpe Services:

Diverting via Carr House Road (in both directions).

UPDATE: Barnsley Road is now open at Longley College.

Barnsley Road has been closed by police adjacent to Longley College.

Bentley High Street and Bentley Road is closed.

Diverted via York Road, Jossey Lane, Cooke Street and Chapel Street. 

Kirton Lane is closed. 

Tuesday 22nd July 23:00 until Wednesday 23rd July 05:00.

Services are diverted as follows:

Due to a burst water main on Wyke Lane the road heading towards the Chemical Works is currently blocked.

Unfortunately, services cannot access the area, as a result.

Services affected: 687

Services will be omitting the chemical works until further notice. 
 

Due to a RTC, the seafront in Gorleston is now closed.

Services affected: 1/1A

Diversions as follows, until further notice:
Diverted via Elmurst Lane and Park Road.

Services are not able to serve Bridge Road until further notice.

The following services are impacted today (16/07/25) 

29 service:
1335, St Austell to Mevagissey has broken down. 
Currently not running, engineering and a spare bus on the way. 

We apologise for any impact on your journey. 

Due to the closure of the railway bridge in Langport to vehicular traffic between 03/08 - 31/08, through services are currently split. Passengers wishing to continue their journey will need to transfer between buses on opposite sides of the bridge. A 15-minute connection time has been included in the timetable to allow for this transfer. If unsure, please check with your driver for guidance. This arrangement is expected to remain in place for approximately 4 weeks.

Due to a road closure at Durweston, services are diverted.

All CR4 services between these times toward Blandford will terminate at Shillingstone.

All services toward Yeovil will start at Shillingstone.
