Rowhedge Road, Rowhedge will be closed for roadworks from Monday 2nd December to Friday 13th December 2024.

Due to the location of the road closure the S9 service will be placed on diversion:

Towards Rowhedge

The S9 service will divert via Fingringhoe Road and Rectory Road. The bus journey will terminate at the turning circle. Passengers will be able to disembark and board the service at the turning circle. 

Disruption to Service 242 - Lomand drive Pather due to ambulance and Police blocking road.

Service to use Rannoch Drive both directions.

Woodgate outbound is closed at the junction of Sanvet Gate.

Buses are on diversion via Vaughan Way, St. Nicholas Circle, King Richards Rd, Glenfield Road East, Fosse Rd North (L) Henley Road onto the normal route.

Inbound route is unaffected.
 

Service 38B, 46 to divert due to Gartcraig Road closure:

Service 46 towards Easterhouse:

Normal route to Carntynehall Road, Edinburgh Road, Ruchazie Road, onto normal route.

Service 46 towards Castlemilk:

Fulton Street is closed due to a police incident. Service 16 to divert as follows:

Service 16 to Blairdardie:

To divert from Crow Road onto Great Western Road, Baldwin Avenue, Fulton Street, Knightscliff Avenue onto normal route. 

A burst water main on Lilian Road in Spixworth means our Turquoise Line 13 will be back on diversion.

Services will operate via Buxton Road & Crostwick Lane to the Co-op, then normal route from there back into the city.

We don't have an end date for this closure yet.

Service 8 is diverting due to resurfacing works on Keppochhill Road/Saracen Street.

To divert  via Hawthorn Street, Carlisle Street, Keppochhill Road.

M8 J26 West Bound closure - Services 500 & positional trips towards Paisley

To allow for motorway works on Wednesday 4th December and Thursday 5th December the M8 J26 West Bound will be closed between 22:00 and 06:00 each night.

Due to a road traffic collision at the bottom of Dykes Hall Road

52a Services will now divert from Hills via Holme Lane, Loxley New Road and Hallowmoor road - in both directions

UPDATED:

Dykes Hall Road is now clear, services have resumed normal routing
