Get ready to show your ticket!
From Wednesday 7th May, our Revenue Protection Officers will be onboard our buses in Worcester to make sure everyone is travelling with a valid ticket for their journey with us.
If you buy a ticket from your driver, please hang on to it for your entire journey. And if you're using the First Bus App, make sure your ticket has been activated and get ready to show it when asked.
Osborne Street, Colchester is closed for overnight roadworks from Monday 31st March to Wednesday 2nd April 2025.
The road is to be closed from 20:00hrs each evening and is to re-open from 06:00hrs each morning.
Due to the location of the road closure (a lane closure) AF bus stop will be unsafe to use.
To board services, that normally pick-up/drop-off at AF bus stop, please use AE bus stop.

SERVICE 620 BACK TO REGULAR ROUTE AFTER PREVIOUS DIVERSION [13:00 31/03/25]
Service 620 is diverted due to inconsiderate parking at the end of Lumb Lane at the junction with Westgate.
Diversions as follows:
Towards Haworth Road:
Via Westgate, White abbey Road and Gracechurch Street
Updated: 31/03/25, 11:30am - services not resumed usual route, congestion in the area at current.
Services are diverted at Saffron Drive near to the junction of Bell Dean Road, due to inconsiderate parking and larger vehicles are unable to pass through the area presently.
