To allow for roadworks on Sunday 8th June 09:30 until 15:30, Bridge Street will be closed.

During the closure all stops will be observed and the following diversion will be in operation.

Services 1 & 1A towards Dumbarton:

Normal route High Street at Bridge Street and terminate ( move to front of bus stop ) then continue High Street, right Glasgow Road circle roundabout and return Glasgow Road, left High Street normal route.

Services diverting due to concerns over a new road layout via: 

Outbound from Marsh roundabout, New Hey Road, Thornhill Road, Halifax Road, Edgerton Grove Road to the normal route.

Inbound reverse of the outbound route.

Due to an ongoing police incident between Bonymaen Inn and Bonymaen Chip Shop, Mansel Road is closed until further notice.

Service x5 Parkway slip Road

Due to the closure of the parkway slip road for services to Sheffield or roadworks, services will be diverted via:

Handsworth Road, Main Road, Prince of Wales Road to rejoin Sheffield Parkway from Prince of Wales roundabout.

X11 INBOUND service diverted via Worrygoose roundabout, Worrygoose Lane, Cowrakes Lane, High Street, Pleasley Road & Moorgate Road.​

Due to a burst Water main pipe below Tesco Express, New Hey Road has been closed.

Services to Lindley Lidget St/Huddersfield Bus Station will divert as follows: Edgerton Grove Road, Thornhill Road, New Hey Road & pick up normal route.

Same in reverse.

Epilepsy Action Bradford 10k - Sunday 1st June 2025.

The Bradford 10k 2025 route will be the flattest route to date and will take runners through the beautiful new pedestrianised streets of Bradford City Centre, up to the Midland Hotel, past the back of the Broadway, up to Bolton Road, leading through to Canal Road. Runners will follow Canal Road as far as Shipley, then head back on themselves back to City Hall where they will receive their well-earned medals!

Due to a police road closure, Motherwell Road is closed until further notice.

Services will need to divert as follows:

Services 201 & 240 (to Bellshill):

Diverted via Motherwell Station, Hope Street, Merry Street, Hamilton Road, A723, M74 (Westbound), Junction 5 to Hamilton Road and back to normal route.
