a section of Tresawles Road, Truro will be closed to normal traffic between 1900 and 0600 starting Wednesday 1.10.25 until Wednesday 8.10.25 inclusive. However, access under escort will be maintained for T1/T2, 87 and the last 2 PR1 services of the evening.

This diversion replaces the Malabar Estate diversion which finishes after Tuesday night.

Colliters Way in Long Ashton will be closed overnight to service U2 between 19:00 and 06:00 on Wednesday 8th and again on Wednesday 15th October (two separate nights) to facilitate line painting works.

Service U2 heading towards Langford will be diverted and will be unable to serve the Winterstoke Road, Brookgate and Lime Kiln Roundabout bus stops and passengers are advised to board or alight on the bus bus stop outside Ashton Gate by KFC or the Yanleigh Close bus stop on the A38..

To allow for resurfacing works on Monday, 6th October, until works are completed, Shettleston Road will have lane closures and contraflows in place; also, there will be a closure at West Muir Street junction.

First Bus in Halifax is using its lost property to help raise vital funds for the Forget Me Not children’s hospice charity.

A collection bin at the operator’s depot will be used to supply unclaimed items found on its bus services to be sold in the charity’s shops.

The depot receives nearly 100 items a month that are never returned to the owners after 28 days from being lost and handed in.
