Routes X4 and X5 towards Locks Heath and Fareham.

Diversion route:

Service 6

Coppergate both directions.

Service 8

Coppergate, Clifford Street, Piccadilly, Normal Route Walmgate.

Service 9

Normal route until Rougier Street then Using lendal gyratory, Rougier Street Micklegate, Ouse Bridge, Coppergate normal route.

Stops not served:

York Station, Station Ave, Gillygate.

Mill Lane, Dedham will be closed to traffic from Thursday 4th April to Wednesday 10th April 2024.

Due to the location of the road closure, the 80/80A service will divert (in both directions) via Dedham Road, Ipswich Road, A12, Birchwood Road*, B1029 Grove Hill/Ardleigh Road/Colchester Road and High Street.

*towards Colchester - 80/80A will divert via Wick Road and Park Lane.

All bus stops will be served.

Due to the length of the diversion - there will likely be minor delays to service.

Head Street, Colchester will be closed overnight, between the hours of 20:00 - 05:00 for roadworks, on Wednesday 3rd April, Thursday 4th April and Sunday 7th April 2024.

Listed below are the bus stops that will not be served and the nearest boarding/alighting point(s) whilst all listed services are placed on diversion:

There will be a nightly closure of Scotstown Road/Parkway Roundabout 14th to 21st April between 18:00 – 06:00

As a result, service 2 will operate a diversion during this time. 

Service 2 heading from King Street to Ashwood will travel from the Parkway via Woodside Road, Denmore Road, Greenbrae Road, Dubford Road & Scotstown Road before resuming the normal route.
