At First Bus, we believe in keeping society moving for all. We’ve been helping the people of West Yorkshire move from A to B every single day for 26 years, but we’ve also been moving everyday life beyond buses. Since our Charity and Sponsorship Committee was created in 2008, we’ve been supporting local causes close to the hearts of local people, to make a difference in the communities of West Yorkshire.
We're supporting...

Beyond replacing up to 75 cars on the road with each bus and electrifying our fleet for greener communities, we’re also initiating and sponsoring projects that reduce carbon emissions, lower energy consumption, and enhance green spaces.
We're helping communities be more green in West Yorkshire:

Beyond providing transport that contributes to economic growth, we initiate and sponsor projects that preserve or create jobs, upskill under-represented groups and boost productivity, all to help improve living standards.
We're helping communities thrive in West Yorkshire:

Beyond improving access to essential services, jobs and social opportunities, we initiate and sponsor projects to empower individuals, especially children from disadvantaged backgrounds, in changing their lives for the better.
We're helping communities be more inclusive in West Yorkshire:
