The temporary lights have now been fixed and services have resumed to a normal line of route.
Dumbarton Road/Thornwood Both ways closed.
Services 2, 3, 8, 16 & 77.
To allow for urgent resurfacing Works on Saturday 25th January and Sunday 26th January Dumbarton Road will be closed at Thornwood Roundabout.
During the closure all stops will be observed and the following diversions will be in operation:

Due to long term roadworks at Uphill Road South service 20 will divert to use the main A370 in both directions from the Weston General Hospital and as such Uphill Road South will not be served during the closure period.

Due to road works Prior Park Road will be closed to traffic and as such buses will be diverted to use Widcombe Hill, Claverton Down Road and North Road to resume at the bottom of Ralph Allen Drive roundabout.
This diversion will be in Both Directions duering the closure.

Due to Bridge Inspections service 17 will be diverted to follow routes in and around Lockleaze in Both directions overnight to use Shaldon Road, Gainsborough Square, Constable Road and Lockleaze Road onto Filton Avenue.

Regrettably Shaldon Road, Muller Road Lidl, Downend Road and Filton Avenue bus stops will not be served during the closure period.
