Due to road works on route, inbound 306, 307, 308 and 358 to divert via Newsome Road, Kings Mill Lane, Wakefield Road to Kirkgate/Westgate into the Bus Station

Furthermore, due to further roadworks at Longwood, 356 services to Longwood are to terminate at Paddock Roundabout.

Earlier disruption is now clear, 33 and 34 services are resuming full routes.

Update 28.8.24 . Charing Cross North Bound is now clear of works and services are returning to normal service towards Broomhill. South Bound remains closed until works are completed.

To allow for Emergency Gas Works on Tuesday 27th August North Street 2-way system will be closed between 20:30 and 07:00.

Due to Roadworks at Longwood the 356 is to terminate at Paddock Roundabout for safety reasons. 

All services that use Huddersfield Town Hall to divert via the ring road until further notice.

Delays of up to 1 Hour due to heavy traffic for Hope show

Monday 26th August to Friday 31st August 2024 09:30 to 20:00 each day

Thorne Road will be closed at the junction with Wentworth Road.

Services will operate via Town Moor Avenue, Sandringham Road,  Armthorpe Road, Armthorpe Lane & Thorne Road to resume normal route.

To allow for road works on Tuesday 27th August 20:00 until Wednesday 28th August 06:00 M8 J27 off slip East Bound will be closed.

During the closure the following diversion will be in operation:

Service 77 towards Buchanan Bus Station

Monday 26th August to Friday 31st August 2024 09:30 to 20:00 each day

Thorne Road will be closed at the junction with Wentworth Road.

381 & 382 services will operate from Hall Gate via East Laith Gate, Market Road, Wheatley Hall Road, Wentworth Road to resume normal route at the hospital in both directions.

Service 500 to Glasgow Airport.

To allow for road works on Tuesday 27th August from 20:00 until Wednesday 28th August 06:00 M8 junction 28 west Bound off slip will be closed to Glasgow Airport.
