Harwich Road (Wix) closed
17th & 18th June 2023
Diversion Route:
Towards Harwich: At the Waggon Wix crossroads, the bus will cross straight over and follow this route toward Harwich. After the Oak Business Park, the bus will turn left onto the B1414, and follow this past the All Saints Primary School and onto the normal line of route.
Beach Road in Sand Bay will be closed between 09:30 and 15:30 on from Monday 20th through to Wednesday 22nd May (three days) to facilitate carriageway works.
Service 1 (Weston-super-Mare - Sand Bay) will terminate and commence their journey from the end of Lower Norton Lane alongside the park then on departure turn left onto Crookes Lane to resume normal route.
On Saturday the 5th of August the Falmouth Walking Carnival will be taking place between 18:00 and 20:30. This will affect the U1 U1A U1X U2 U4.
For the duration of this closure, buses will start and terminate from Dracaena Crossroads.

Due to an emergency road closure, London Road in Stoke is not being served.
On journeys towards Trentham, route 21 is operating as normal to Stoke Minster, then resuming normal route at Hanford Roundabout (at the Garage/Indian restaurant) >>
On journeys towards Hanley, route 21 is operating as normal to Church Lane/Clermont Ave >> then resuming normal route at the Civic Centre >>
From Monday the 12th of June to Thursday the 24th of August there will be a closure along Fore Street and East Street in Taunton.
This will cause major disruption for may route in Taunton.
The following diversions will apply:

Temporary Stop Closure the Co Op Oakwood, Northern Parade, Portsmouth.
Routes the Star 8, 18 and PC1.
Towards Portsmouth.
Monday 12th June until Monday 31st July.
Due to road works, the above stop will be closed.
Temporary Stop Closure at Hillson Drive.
Routes F1 and 28.
Towards Highlands.
Monday 12th until Friday 16th June.
Due to Communication works, the above stop will be closed.
Temporary Stop Closure at Shorehaven, Southampton Road.

Towards Portsmouth

These works will now take place on Tuesday 13th June from 1100 (expected 4 hrs)
Service 370
Victoria Street (Braintree Bus station) will be closed Monday 12th June to Wednesday 28th June 2023 between the hours of 20:00 until 05:00hrs.
Service 370 will be permitted through the road closure.
However, please note. there may be slight delays to service as the bus will be required to wait for an operative to escort them through the closure.
