North Essex

From Sunday 25th February, we're making improvements to the following services in and around Colchester.

Essex Bus 88 / 88A / 88B

Revised Monday to Friday afternoon timetable to improve punctuality of the service. Weekends and route unchanged.

On Monday the 29th of January, between the hours of 09:30 and 15:30, there will be a closure along Staple Fitzpaine.

This will affect service 99.

Buses will be diverting as follows:

Towards Chard

Services 20-21-25-27-28-X30

Chichester Road, Southend will be closed nightly from January 30th - February 1st from 19:00hrs - 05:00hrs, this means all services Service will not be able to serve the Travel Centre and will be on diversion:

Towards Southend - From Chichester Road, left into Southchurch Road, around the Queensway roundabout back into Southchurch Road, right in Chichester Road and return to line of route.

All services will serve the stops at the top end of Chichester Road while on diversion.

On Sunday the 28th of January and Sunday the 4th of February, there will be a closure along Bristol Road, Bridgwater.

This will affect service 21.

Buses will be diverting as follows:

Towards Burnham-on-Sea

Temporary Stop Closures.
Priory Crescent, Milton Road. Route 2.
1900 Thursday 25th until 0500 Saturday 27th January.

From the 29th of January to the 30th of January, there will be a closure along Willand Road, Halberton.

This will affect the X22.

From the 28th of January to the 9th of February, there will be a closure at Langport.

This will affect service 54.
