SCC roadworks have narrowed the lower section of Derbyshire Lane at the junction of Chesterfield Road.

Services currently able to operate normal route

18, 18a & 20 Services affected 

Works due for completion on 19th September.

The road is blocked due to an RTC on the Murray Roundabout 

Services 6, 18 & 201 are affected. 

Diversion via Murray Road, Queensway, Cornwall Street and  E.K bus station.

Due to an incident on Chapeltown Road, the 2, 3, and 3A services are required to divert until further notice.

Services to Roundhay, Brakenwood and Gledhow only are diverted via Sheepscar junction to Scotthall Road, then Stainbeck Lane. 

Due to an incident at A82 Dumbarton, services are required to divert until further notice. 

Services to Balloch will divert through Dumbarton East. Passengers are advised to use the 206 to get to Bellsmyre etc.

Rowhedge Road, Rowhedge will be closed for roadworks from Monday 23rd September to Monday 21st October 2024.

Due to the location of the road closure the S9 service will be placed on diversion:

The S9 service will divert via Fingringhoe Road and Rectory Road. The bus journey will terminate at the turning circle. Passengers will be able to disembark and board the service at the turning circle. 

Due to a Police incident, North Bridge has been closed.

Services are to divert Via St Georges bridge in both directions until further notice

What we are doing

Ring Road and Stanningley By-Pass is closed due to Bridge inspection works.

Overnight closure Wednesday 18th September from 20:00 until 06:00 Thursday 19th September.

X6 to Bradford is diverting via Stanningley Road (passed Cockshott Lane), Bramley/ Rodley, Henconner Lane, Stanningley Road, Dawsons Corner (72 Route).

Bowling Back Lane, resurfacing works between Sticker Lane and Bradford Council's Refuse site.

Overnight closures are planned 13th, 16th, 17th, 18th, 23rd, 25th of September (19:00-07:00 each night).

All Traffic diverting via Sticker Lane, Parry Lane / Lower Lane, and Bowling Back Lane.

In both directions.
