Emergency Roadworks North Parkway, see below diversions for services 16,16A,50 & 50A

16/16A towards Pudsey Bus Station:

16/16A towards Whinmoor: 
Kentmere Ave, Right Brooklands Ave, at roundabout 1st exit to Brooklands Ave, at roundabout 1st exit to stay on Brooklands Ave, Left Bailey’s Ln, resuming normal route to North Parkway

To allow for resurfacing works on Monday 12th October until Thursday 15th October, Argyle Street at Central Station will be closed

To allow for Scottish Water works, on Tuesday 13th October until Sunday 18th October,

To allow for carriageway patching works on Monday 12th October until Wednesday 14th October Hillhouse Road at Pollock Avenue will be closed.

To allow for patching works  on Saturday 10th October and Sunday 11th October Aikenh

On the 12 November 2026 the bus stop at South Parade Pier will be closed for one day.
This stop is on the road called "Ocean at the end of the lane" 
Please use the bus stops nearby. Stops A or B.

To allow for iron works on Monday 12th October 08:00 until 19:00 Castle Mains Road will be closed at Hunter Road.

To allow for Emergency Scottish Power works Bonhill Road will be closed on Wednesday 7th October from 09:30 until 14:30

During the closure all stops will be observed and the following diversion will be in operation.

Updated: 07:39 - Road reopened, service have resumed the usual route. 

Due to Fire services blocking Tallant Road, services are diverted. 

Services affected: 6A 

6A service after leaving the terminus heading to city from Kinfauns drive into Merryton Ave to then resume the normal route.

To allow for resurfacing works on Monday 12th October 08:00 until Friday 16th October 18:00 Provanmill Road will be closed between Cumbernauld Road and Langdale Street,
