Ford RideLondon Classique 2024 returns to Maldon on Saturday 25th May 2024.

Stage 2 - Maldon to Maldon

A number of roads will be temporarily closed to traffic whilst the event takes place - we have listed below pre-planned diversions to reduce disruption to our 75 service to/from Maldon.

Market Hill and High Street will be closed for the majority of the day between 04:00 and 20:00hrs.

There are 4 temporary disruptions to the 75 service on Saturday 25th May 2024 only.

Ford RideLondon Classique 2024 returns to Colchester on Friday 24th May 2024.

Stage 1 - Saffron Walden to Colchester

A number of roads will be temporarily closed to traffic whilst the event takes place - we have listed below pre-planned diversions to reduce disruption to our Colchester network.

East Hill, Colchester will be closed for the majority of the day between 05:00 and 20:00hrs.

Update - Due to adverse weather conditions, the closure on Monday 15th September has been postponed. 

The below works are now due to take place on the evening of Tuesday 16th and Wednesday 17th September. 

Colston Avenue at The Centre in Bristol City Centre, heading southbound from Rupert Street (part) to Baldwin Street, will be closed overnight to various services between 21:00 and 05:00 on Monday 15th and Tuesday 16th September to facilitate carriageway works.

The annual Colchester 10K Race 2024 takes place on Sunday 12th May 2024 (between 10:00 and 11:00am). A few roads will be temporarily closed to traffic whilst the event takes place. 

The following journeys might be placed on diversion whilst the event is in progress*:

Manners Way, Southend-on-Sea will be closed for roadworks from Monday 29th April to Friday 3rd May 2024 (between 09:30 and 14:30hrs daily).

For the duration of the road closure, the X30 service will be placed on the following diversion:

- towards Southend Travel Centre - the X30 service will divert via Rochford Road and the A127 before returning to normal line of route. All bus stops will be served as normal.
