Bankhead Road reopened

Bankhead Road, Service 7A.

To allow for gas works on Monday 6th January until Sunday 2nd February Bankhead Road will close.

McNeil Drive Maxim, Services 202 & 242.

To allow for Resurfacing on Wednesday 8th January until Friday 10th December Mcneil Drive will be closed.

During the closure all stops will be observed and the following diversions will be in operation:

Due to 4 way Lights on Blyth Road causing significant delays

305 Service is currently unable to serve Harworth on its inbound Journey.

305 Service will only serve Haworth on outbound journeys.

This is expected until 31st January 2025

Road closure through Northowram

The 682 service will be continuing onto Halifax Road until further notice.

Omitting Brighouse/Denholme Gate Road, Score Hill and Northowram Green during this closure.

The road is blocked at Allison Street, diversions are in place. 

Services affected: 7,7A

Hillsborough Interchange now open and services back to normal

Hillsborough interchange blocked due to broken down Stagecoach bus.  

52 to terminate at Heavygate

Route now clear and services resuming regular runs.

Ambulances currently blocking Traquair Avenue, Coltness

241 services diverting via Coltness Road in both directions

Due to poorly parked cars on Thorpe House Road blocking safe passage for services

Services 18 and 18a to miss Thorpe house loop and operate along Norton Lees lane and Upper Albert Road instead.

Stile Common Rd re-open now and services returning to regular routes now

Stile Common Rd is closed due to an Emergency incident

307 & 308 services to divert by proceeding straight up Newsome Rd and return same way until further notice

X1 service to divert due to an accident on Halifax Road:

To divert to Cavalry Arms back on to Halifax Road in both directions.
