Market Street in Longton has closed due to an unsafe building.  All customers will need to catch a bus from Longton Interchange.  The departure stands are as follows;

Stand 6 - service 6 to Coalville/Parkhall & service 6A to Blythe Bridge

Stand 5 - service 11 to Hanley

Castle St/Broad St/King St/Union Street Closed heading West only as well as top of Market Street in both directions 04:00 31 July to 17:00 2 Aug

Please note that the roundabout at the junction of Oak Tree Lane / Holly Tree Lane / Greenshaw Drive will be closed between Monday 31st July and Friday 4th August.

Diversion route:
Via York Road both directions.

Stops not served:
Eastfield Ave or Oak Tree Lane.

Please note that Skeldergate will be closed between Monday 31st July and Friday 18th August affecting services 3, 4 and 59.

Diversion route:
Nunnery lane, Skeldergate, relief points opposite side of the road for inbound change overs.

Stops not served:
York Rail Station, Rougier Street, Micklegate inbound.

Please note that Ostman Road is closed for maintenance between Friday 4th August and Monday 14th August.

Diversion route:
Via Carr Lane, Alsford Road, Woodlea Avenue, Danebury Drive in both directions.

Stops not served:
Boroughbridge Road, Beckfield Lane, Oxstman Road

Gedding Road is due to close on Thursday 27 July, service 16 towards General Hospital will need to divert via Gwendolen Road & Broad Avenue.

Please note that the bus stops along Gedding Road and St. Saviours Road will not be served. 

Buses towards City Centre will operate as normal.
