Due to the railway bridge being closed past Willow Lane on Bradford Road (inbound) services are diverting as follows:

Divert via Willow Lane, St John’s Road and into town.

This diversion impacts inbound journeys only.

A section of White Hart Lane, Chelmsford is closed for overnight roadworks from Monday 6th January to Saturday 29th March 2025.

The road is to be closed from 19:00hrs and is to re-open from 05:00hrs the next morning.

Humberstone Road and Uppingham Road are closed due to roadworks in both directions. We will divert as follows: 

Outbound services are diverting via Humberstone Road, Forest Road, Hastings Road,Tailby Avenue, Uppingham Road back to normal route. 

Inbound services are diverting via Uppingham Road, The Portwey, Hastings Road, Forest Road, Humberstone Road back to normal route.
