We know that for some of our customers, travelling by bus can be a little daunting, so we’ve been working with many disability groups around the UK to design some cards that you can print out and show your driver as a way of discreetly asking for a little extra help if you’d rather not ask them out loud.
On the 15th June the Bus stops northbound & southbound at Ophir Road on London Road will be closed for road works between 9:30am & 3:30pm. These is no room for temporary stops so please use alternative stops during these times. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused. These works are out of our control and may change at short notice.

This closure will be for both directions.
Due to utilities service works, these stops will be closed on the dates and times shown above.
Passengers are advised to use the temporary stop provided by the works contractors.
Overnight road closure in Milton Road, Waterlooville will affect the service 8 between 8pm & 6am on the 3rd June. The closure is between Waterlooville and Eagle Avenue and all buses will divert via London Road, Lovedean Lane and Milton road in both directions. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused. These works are out of our control and may change at short notice.
To allow for urgent works by Scottish Water on Foresterhill Road, there will be NO entry/exit from Ashgrove Road West onto the site between 8 pm and 6 am this Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (31 May, 01 and 02 June).

From Saturday 1st June, the Cambridgeshire & Peterborough Combined Authority will be introducing a new Tiger card for under 25s to claim discounts on bus travel. The new Tiger bus pass is free of charge and designed to make public transport more affordable for young people, helping them travel to school, college, training, work, shopping, and social activities. This initiative is part of a broader effort by the Combined Authority to revamp public transport in the region.
High Road, Benfleet will be closed for roadworks, on a nightly basis (between 19:30 and 05:00 hours), from Thursday 30th May to Tuesday 4th June 2024.
Due to the location of the road closure, the 21, 22, 27 services will divert, in both directions, via Canvey Way.
All buses will serve Benfleet Railway Station as normal. Depending on running time - the services will pause at Benfleet Railway Station bus stop before departing at next scheduled departure time.
The following bus stops will not be served by the 21 and 22 services:
Thynne Road, Billericay will be closed for roadworks from Wednesday 29th May to Thursday 6th June 2024.
Due to the location of the road closure, the 9 and 251 services will divert, in both directions, via Green Farms Lane.
towards Billericay/Brentwood: Services 9 and 251 will pause at Prince Edward Road bus stop before departing at next scheduled departure time.
