South Street and Station Road

South Street and Station Road in Crewkerne will be closed for resurfacing works.

CR6 Services to divert as below 

Towards Yeovil

Cooper Lane, Buttershaw - Section of the road is closed due to Highway repair and Maintenance works.

Sheduled: Friday 31st July until Friday 14th August 09:00 to 17:00 each day (Weekdays only).

These works have been postponed, diversion will no longer be implemented

To allow for resurfacing works on Wednesday 5th August 13:00 until Saturday 8th August A73 Lanark Road will be closed.

To allow for resurfacing works, from Monday 10th August 08:00 until Tuesday 18th August 20:00, Carmunnock Road will be closed Southbound between Dougrie Road and Ardencraig Road.

To allow for line painting on Sunday 9th August between 08:00 until 17:00 line painting Sauchiehall Street will be closed between Argyle Street and Kelvingrove Street.

Quay Street will be closed overnight on the 13 August between 8pm and 6am.
All buses will not be able to serve the East Street stop. Buses will divert away from this area via Fareham by-pass.
Alternative stops are in the Bus station or Delme Roundabout.
We are sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Cotham Brow, Clifton will be closed from 0800 on Tuesday 4th until 1800 on Thursday 6th August. This will affect service 72.

Service 72 towards UWE will operate normal route to The Triangle in Clifton then divert via Park Row,St. James Barton roundabout, onto Stokes Croft and Cheltenham Road to resume normal route at The Arches.

The following stops will be unable to be served: Queens Avenue to Redland Station incl.

Please use stops at Zetland Road Junction or Tyndalls Park instead.

Due to placement of roadworks on Ghyllgrove, Basildon - the following bus stop(s) are inaccessible: The Kings Head

The permit's end date is: 14 Aug 2026 

Passengers are advised to use the following alternate bus stop(s) to board/disembark 300:

• Towards Chelmsford: Factory Site (4 minutes walk approx. SOUTH)
• Towards Basildon: Temporary Bus Station (sited 200m NORTH)
