The morning journey is CANCELLED.

Ongar Road (A113) was unexpectantly closed by the Police. The bus on-route was unable to complete the morning journey as it was held at the road closure - a replacement vehicle was not available.

The lane towards Abridge was reopened at 09:30 - The afternoon journey will therefore operate as normal.

We apologise for the inconvenience caused due to circumstances beyond our control.

Haymarket Bus Station Stand HX

26th November 2025

Maintenance works will be carried out on the doors at Stand HX in Haymarket Bus Station, which is normally used by Service 54.

During these works, Stand HX will be unavailable for the entire day.

Road Closure between St Johns Chruch & Blacker Road

Diversions as follows, until further notice: 

Towards Huddersfield: 
Diverted via Ring Road, New N Road,  Edgerton Road / Halifax Road, Blacker Road to the lights then turning to resume the usual route.

Towards Halifax:

Glossop Road / Upper Hanover Way crossroads

Service(s) affected: 51, 52a, 95, 120 & 120k 

Street lighting & traffic lights have all failed into the Glossop Road / Upper Hanover Way area.

Gleadless Road Roadworks 

Service(s) affected: 73

Due to unannounced roadworks closing Gleadless Road services are diverted.

Diversions as follows, until further notice:

Diverted via Eastbank Road, East Road, Heeley Bank Road, Charlotte Road and Shoreham Street in both directions. 

Burras Lane Closure 

Burras Lane, Otley will be closed. 

1st - 5th December between 19.00 - 23.00 

Service(s) affected: 34, X84

Diversions as follows: 

Routes E1 and E2 via the BRT Busway

Thursday 27th November until further notice.

Due to the completion of safety works and a further risk assessment.
Routes E1 and E2 will resume all normal services via the BRT Busway.
Beginning 0545 to 2315 each day, from Thursday 27th November.

Fitzwilliam Gate (Sheffield) closed

X2 diversion is as follows:
 
Continue along Moore Street at the Roundabout take the first exit ( St Mary's gate) at the next roundabout (Bramall Lane Roundabout) onto Eyre St, normal route to terminus

North Bridge Closure

West End Lane has now reopened, service back to normal

Due to the closure of West End Lane in Rossington, services are diverted as follows

355 services
Normal route to the end of Radburn Road then Grange Lane / Queen Mary’s Road / Duke Avenue terminating here.
Returning via Duke Avenue / Grange Lane / Radburn Road / Gattison Lane / Clay Flat Lane / Stripe Road / Great Yorkshire Way / West End Lane resuming normal route on Powerhouse Lane at the iPort.
