Due to an ongoing Police Incident on North Bridge Halifax the road is still closed to traffic.

Service 681 diverting towards Halifax only via Charlestown Road, Bank bottom, Cripplegate, King street, Smithy Street and Winding Road.

North Bridge has now opened and services have returned to their normal route.

 Tongue Lane is closed.

359 Services are diverted via Plumpton Park Road, Goodison Boulevard, Cantley Lane in both directions.

357 INBOUND Services diverted Packington Road, Warning Tongue Lane to resume normal route.

Works ongoing until 31st of August (one network).

To allow for emergency Scottish water works on Wednesday, 9th April, until Thursday, 10th April, A726 Queensway will be closed towards Busby.

During the closure the following diversions will be in operation:

Service 6 towards Busby via normal route Queensway, Redwood Drive, Glasgow Southern Orbital, Glasgow Road, Eaglesham Road, Busby Road normal route.

St Ives Road Bus Stop suspension due to works at The Malakoff

Services will use a temporary bus stop just before The Harbour Hotel for outbound travel from St. Ives

Due to a road traffic collision on Northbridge, Halifax the road is currently blocked.

Service 681 to divert towards Halifax only via Charlestown road, Bank bottom, King street, Wapping road. 

Services will divert due to the Easter Bonnet Parade on 20/04, only between 14:30-15:30. 

Outbound 
Busses to turn left out of Lyme Park & Ride A3052 follow road all the way down to Anning road busses to turn right into Anning road, then right again into Kingsway. At the end of the road turn left into Queens Walk then left again onto Anning Road and await time returning to Lyme Park & Ride.

Note:
 We are unable to serve: Lyme Square, Langmoor Gardens, Holm bush.

Service will need to operate a loop via Ferry Way, Meneage Street and back down Coinage Hall Street to pick up passengers outside the Blue Anchor. 

Broad Street will be closed to all traffic between the hours of 20:00 – 05:00 on the following dates: 23 April, 30 April, and possibly 03 May if required.

Service 17, 17A, 172 heading to Faulds Gate
From Gallowgate:
• left onto Littlejohn Street (stop on Littlejohn Street will be served)
• right onto West North Street
• right onto Union Street and resume normal service

Spring Chase, Brightlingsea is closed for roadworks from 20:00hrs on Wednesday 9th April to 06:00hrs on Thursday 10th April 2025.

The 87 service will be permitted through the road closure. Accessible bus stops will be served.

There will be slight delays to service, as the bus will require an escort through controlled works area.
