Norfolk County Council have announced that a new fare cap will be introduced on the 31st of March 2024, meaning that all single journeys made within our Great Yarmouth Town Zone will be capped at just £1.50. The zone includes Caister, Great Yarmouth, Gorleston, Bradwell, Belton, and Burgh Castle.
Gosbecks Road, Colchester will be closed overnight (19:30 - 05:00) from Thursday 28th March - Thursday 4th April 2024.
Due to the location of the road closure the S6 will divert via Shrub End Road and Cunobelin Way in both directions.
Please note: This road closure will only cause disruption to the last journey (of the day) to Layer-de-la-Haye.

Fully electric, zero-emission buses are coming to South Essex!
More than £30 million is to be invested in safer, greener and healthier travel in Basildon.
The Department for Transport (DfT) has confirmed the town will be one of a number of areas across England to receive funding for electric buses.
Essex County Council and First Bus were successful in securing £4.8 million from the Government’s Zero Emission Bus Regional Areas (ZEBRA) 2 scheme. This will fund 55 electric buses in Basildon.
