We run direct buses to Truro & Penwith colleges from all over Cornwall, plus some useful connecting services too.
To help you get to your lessons, we've put together a handy travel guide showing our network of direct buses. Inside you'll find maps of our routes, the times of buses to get you to and from your lessons, and details of how to activate your annual college bus pass for the first time.
Dougrie Road Closure.
To allow for works on Tuesday 16th August and Wednesday 17th August Dougrie Road will be closed.
Services 46 & 75 will operate Carmunnock Road & Ardencraig Road.
Great Western Road Closure.
To allow for works on Sunday 14th August between 07:30hrs and 17:00hrs Great Western Road will close between West Graham Street and Queen Margaret Drive.
Service c2 Melbourne Avenue will be closed between 09:00hrs and 15:00hrs daily Monday to Friday only
From 12th August 2022 to 22nd August 2022
Diversion towards Melbourne / Broomfield Hospital - From North Avenue at the roundabout junction with Melbourne Avenue take 3rd exit Partridge Avenue, at the roundabout 1st exit into Oliver Way, right into Copperfield Road, ahead into Chignal Road, right into Trent Road and return to line of route.
Service C3 Melbourne Avenue will be closed between 09:00hrs and 15:00hrs daily Monday to Friday only
From 12th August 2022 to 22nd August 2022
Diversion towards Melbourne - From Kings Road continue ahead turn left into
North Avenue, at the 3rd roundabout take 3rd exit onto Partridge Avenue to roundabout, 1st exit Oliver Way,
right into Copperfield Road and return to line of route.

We’re making a few changes to buses that serve Truro and Penwith Colleges from the start of term - Thursday 8 September 2022.

First Essex operates the 87 bus service which travels through Brightlingsea; a convenient route for students travelling from Colchester to and from school.
The service operates approximately every 20 minutes - Monday to Friday.
