A very happy Holi to all those who celebrate.
We were proud to support Leeds Colour Festival 2025, helping to bring the spirit of Holi to The Mustard Pot, Chapel Allerton with an explosion of colour, music and joy.
It was amazing to see so many people together, dancing to DJs and dhol drummers, enjoying delicious food and embracing the festival’s energy. Holi is all about community, connection and colour and we loved helping people get there to be part of the fun.
First Bus joined in the celebrations as hundreds of Bradford 2025 UK City of Culture volunteers gathered for a special event to share experiences and meet collectively for the first time.

Great to welcome students to our Bramley and Hunslet Park depots for a work experience week as part of the West Yorkshire Bus Alliance Youth Engagement Programme.
Over the last two days, they took part in the Greener Travel Workshop, learning all about electric buses, depot upgrades and how we keep our zero-emission fleet powered up. As well as the Digital & Tech Workshop, getting hands-on with test ticket machines, GPS tracking and Low Bridge alerts, discovering how tech is making bus travel smarter and safer.
