Welcome to First Bus Greater Glasgow
From online tickets to timetables and route maps, we have a vast amount of resources to help you get around as easily as possible. First Bus operate a number of bus services running regularly throughout Glasgow and the surrounding area, meaning there is always a bus ready to take you where you need to go.
We have innovated with our award-winning First Bus App, which allows passengers to plan ahead for their journey, predict when the bus will be quietest to travel on, track their bus to the bus stop and even buy their tickets in advance.
Glasgow Airport Express
The Glasgow Airport Express operates 24 hours a day. You can board the service at stand 1 outside Glasgow Airport, stand 46 at Buchanan Bus Station, or at the designated stops in the city centre. Enjoy the journey!

Service 77 and 500 - M8 Junction 27-28 Closure West Bound.
To allow for road works on Monday 2nd December between 22:00 until 06:00 overnight the M8 Junction 27-28 westbound will close.

Pershore Christmas Market
Services will have to divert along the High Street.
Stops along Broad Street, Defford Road and Three Springs Road will not be served.
Outbound alternative stop can be found outside Coffee Number 1 along the High Street.
Inbound alternative stop is outside The Star Inn along the High Street.
M74 J6 off slip SB towards Motherwell.
To allow for road works on Monday 2nd December 20:00 until Tuesday 3rd December 06:00 the M74 J6 off slip South Bound towards Motherwell will be closed.
During the closure the following diversion will be in operation:
Friday 29th November
12:00 – 22:00
Due to road closures in Thorne for the Christmas Market.
Services to Moorends will operate via South Common in both directions.
Due to an incident at Manor Roundabout services 10 and X51 will divert via Mercery Road and Sainsbury’s in both directions.
We are unable to serve Morrisons at this present time.

Services X1/X2/X5 (16:30 trip from SCBS to Maltby) 17:30 onwards 29 November
Closure of Bawtry Road between Hellaby industrial Estate and M18 in both directions.
Services will be terminating at Bramley and will be unable to serve Maltby or Hellaby.
Due to an incident on the M5 northbound, the 144 services are experiencing severe delays.
