Service 16 

Tuesday 6th October to Friday 23rd October 2026

Due to the closure of Chapel Road, Lingwood, Service 16 will divert from Staion Rd, to School Rd, LIngwood Gardens, Post Office Road then back onto Staion Road to city.

We will be unable to serve the stop on Chapel Road during this time. 

Service 56 Wostenholm Road

Wostenholm Road has been closed by SYP Services to divert in both directions via Cemetery Road, Psalter Lane, Kingfield Road, Osbourne Road and Machon Bank Road.

14 | West Street

Between 28.09.2026 and 04.10.2026 - Due to a road closure on West Street for Bridgwater Fair, we will be unable to serve the West Street and Park Road Bus stops in both directions.

21 & 21A | Manor Road

From Tuesday 29th September to Thursday 1st October, Manor Road in Pawlett is closed for Wessex Water works.
 
Buses will divert via the A38.
 
We will be unable to serve Manorfields, Monmouth Farm Close and Gaunts Road in Pawlett.
 
Passengers are advised to use the stop on the A38 at Richmond Cottage.

X30 | Stortford Road

Stortford Road, Gt Dunmow, will be closed overnight between 20:00 and 05:00 nightly from 01/10 to 08/10/26.

During the times above, services will divert as follows:

Towards Stansted: after serving the Queen Vic, take the A120, line of route.

Towards Chelmsford from Stansted Airport, Dunmow, Queen Vic; line of route. 

C2 | Chignall Road

Chignall Road will be closed nightly between 20:00 to 06:00 from 02/10 to 06/10/26. Services to Kennet Drive are not affected by this closure.​

​Towards Broomfield Hospital via Avon Road, Chignal Road, Melbourne Avenue, St Nazaire Road, line of route from Oliver Way and Copperfield Road junction. 

​Towards Chelmsford via Oliver Way, Melbourne Avenue, Chignal Road, Avon Road.

X20 | Stortford Road

01.10.26 – 08.10.26

20:00 – 05:00

Due to a closure on the above, services will divert as follows: 

Towards Stansted via B1256, A120, Takeley and back to line of route.

Towards Colchester via Takeley,  A120, Dunmow, B1256 and return to the line of route.

1, 1A, 1C, X4, 8, 16, 77, 60, 60A & A814  Clydeside Expressway

To allow for roadworks on Saturday 3rd October 20:00 until Sunday 4th October 06:00, A814 Clydeside Expressway Eastbound will be closed from Westland Drive.

During the following diversions will be in operation:

1 1A 1C towards Clydeside Expressway eastbound via Dumbarton Road, Victoria Park Drive South, Dumbarton Road, Clydeside Expressway, normal route.

4 & 4A | Balshagray Avenue

To allow for deep cleaning works on Friday 2nd October 20:00 until Saturday 3rd October 6:00 Balshagray Avenue will be closed southbound from Crow Road to Tunnel

The following diversions will be in operation:

From Broomhill Terminus via Crow Road, Balshagray Avenue, Crow Road, Anniesland Cross, Kelvinside/Yoker, Clyde Tunnel, Crow Road, and the normal route.
 

12, 3, 3A, 20, 20A, 19 & N17 | Union Terrace
