Services X4 and X5 Service Diversion, Lowford
Thursday 3rd until Friday 11th September.
Due to the closure of Portsmouth Road Lowford, all serviced will divert via;
Providence Hill Bursledon Roundabout and Hamble Lane in both directions.
Nearest alternative stops are available at either:
Railway Street, Braintree is closed for overnight roadworks from 01/09/2026 to 12/09/2026.
- This is a timed road closure: the road will be closed between 20:00hrs and 05:00hrs
Due to the location of the road closure - the X20 will divert in both directions via Cressing Road, Chapel Hill, Lakes Road.
The following bus stops will not be served in both directions:

To Martham via Ormesby Triangle, North Road, to the normal route.
To Yarmouth via North Road, Ormesby Triangle to the normal route.
X1, X11 & 7 | Acle
Acle closed due to emergency works.
Services to divert as follows:
Services X1 & X11 via Acle Roundabout, Old Road, A47.
Service 7 before Acle via Old Road, A47.
Return journeys above in reverse.
X2 School Service - Until further notice
Alverley Lane has been closed due to unannounced works.
Services diverted from Alverley Lane, Springwell Lane & Balby Road.
Due to the length of this diversion, we are unable to serve Tickhill Road.
X1 services
Muglet Lane has been closed by emergency services.
Between Hamilton Road (Home Bargains) and Queen's Hotel.
Services diverted from Dukes Ave, Muglet Lane, Hamilton Road, and Tickhill Road.

All Waterdale Services
10:00, 4th September - 23:45, 6th September
Due to a closure on Waterdale Road, all services are to divert as follows:
Outbound (expect 358/359) via Cleaveland Street, Hall Gate to resume on South Parade.
358 & 359 to divert via College Road and Chequer Road to normal route.
Inbound via Chequer Road, College Road to the normal route.
206 | Cardross Road
Due to roadworks on Tuesday 8th September – Thursday 17th September between the hours of 19:00-06:00, Cardross Road will be closed between Westcliff and Cardross and there will be no access to Helensburgh.
The following trips will be curtailed or cancelled.
Monday – Friday
17:39 from Haldane terminate Westcliff, no service to Helensburgh.
18:43 from Helensburgh cancelled.
19:13 from Helensburgh cancelled.
Saturday
From 8th September 2026, Bristol service 8 will have a new route at Temple Meads Station to incorporate the new Eastern Entrance of the station, and the new University of Bristol Temple Quarter Enterprise campus.
Buses from Clifton and the City Centre will run as before down Temple Way to Temple Meads, but instead of turning left onto the station approach ramp, will stop at bus stop T1 on the main road (Temple Gate). They'll then turn left and down down Cattle Market Road, under the station bridge, to terminate at new bus stop T10.
