Due to ongoing roadworks and temporary traffic lights causing unsustainable delays to service, on Friday 10th July, the A4 and X39 will miss out Saltford between 9.30am and 3pm. 

On the X39, all stops between Ellsbridge House and Corston Lane inclusive will not be served. Buses will divert from the Keynsham By-pass via Bath Road, Wellsway and the Two Headed Man to The Globe. Please use the nearest bus stops at Unity Road on Bath Road at the Keynsham end, or The Globe at the Newton St. Loe end. 

The Portway in Bristol will be closed for emergency pothole works from 22:00 on Thursday 9th July 2026 until 05:00 on Friday 10th, affecting services 37 and 41.

The 37 towards Knowle West will run normal route to Avonmouth Village, then divert through Shirehampton, Sea Mills, the Downs, and down Whiteladies Road, Jacob's Wells Road and Hotwell Road to rejoin normal route at Plimsoll Swing Bridge. All stops along the Portway will be missed out.

Service X4 | Baldwin Avenue

Due to a police incident, Baldwin Avenue is closed. Services to divert as follows:

X4 to Knightswood terminus: Normal route to start of Baldwin Avenue, Fulton Street, Knightscliffe Avenue, Terminus.

X4 from Knightwoods: Cowdenhill Road, Knightscliffe Avenue, Fulton Street, Baldwin Avenue, normal route.

Please use the Stop next to Victoria Park (P) which is the other side of the mini roundabout. for services 3,8,x3,x4,x5 & 8.
