Service 22/22A/X22 reports of delays due to traffic

We are getting reports that there is heavy traffic at Rumwell which is delaying our  services by 30 minutes 

Due to poorly parked cars at Jackson Bridge

310 services to divert via Chapple gate (Stone shelter), continuing on to Dean Bridge and to Hepworth - Same in reverse

Some delays to services are expected. 

Services affected: 4, 4F, 5, 7, 7A, 7S, 14, 15, 16, 19, 19A, 40, 42, 49, 50, 50A, 56 & 65 

Route: The march is to start at Victoria Gardens (The Headrow) then via Park Row, Boar Lane, Duncan Street, New Market Street, Vicar Lane, The Headrow to finish at Victoria Gardens (The Headrow)
 

Sutherland Street now clear, and services back to normal

X3 Service

Due to the closure of Sutherland Street

X3 Inbound to Doncaster will instead turn right onto Newhall Road to resume normal route at the end of road when back onto Attercliffe Road
 

X2 Service

Due to the closure of Brightside Lane the X2 will divert as follows

X2 inbound to Doncaster will divert via Hawke Street then follow the X3 route to Meadowhall Interchange where it will resume normal route

X2 outbound to Sheffield will use the X3 route from Meadowhall Interchange resuming normal route at Arundal Gate
 

A647 Leeds Road J/O Napier Road

Temporary multi-way signals due to ongoing works by Yorkshire Water

Delays likely throughout the day particularly at peak times.

Excel A/B/C will not be serving Peterborough Rail Station today due to rail replacement services using the area.

Customers should use the bus station for their connections.

Rothes Drive now clear and services returning to normal

Due to major flooding under the bridge at Rothes Drive
Services 8,7,7A,61 diverting as below

Service 7/7A: Normal route to Sandbank St, left into Shiskine Dr, left into Turning Circle, Return via right into Shiskine Dr, right into Sandbank St normal route

Service 61: Normal route to Shiskine Dr, Right into Turning Circle and termintate there.

Due to Burnley FC playing a home match today

Service 591 will be diverted from midday until 17:00 using Ridge Ave and Queen Vic Rd in both directions

Due to temporary road works on Rishworth New Road that are difficult to pass safely

586 Services will terminate at Rishworth turning circle
