Towards Colchester via  A120, Lee’s Farm slip road, Colchester Road, East Street, Market Hill and back to line of route. 

Towards Stansted via Market Hill, East Street, Colchester Road, slip road at Lee’s Farm, A120. 

8 Service

Thornbridge Road has been closed for roadworks.

OUTBOUND services will divert the full length of Thornbridge Drive, Birley Moor Road, Birley Moor Avenue, Birley Moor Crescent before terminating on Birley Lane.

INBOUND services will divert to the end of Birley Lane, Fox Lane, Jaunty Road.

Service E1 St Thomas's Road, Grove Road, Elson.
Monday 7th until Wednesday 9th September.
0900 – 1530 each day.

Due to resurfacing works in St Thomas's Road, all E1 services will be on diversion via:
Albemarle Avenue and San Diego Road in both directions between the times Shown.

28 | Washford Hill B3190

08/09/2026 and 09/09/2026 between 18:30 and 23:00hrs. 

Due to a temporary road closure on Washford Hill (B3190), the 28 Service will not be able to serve the Tropiquaria Car Park Bus Stop.

Services will divert via the A39, Priest Street, North Road and Five Bells in both directions.

The alternative bus stop will be 'Washford Cross', located just after the roundabout on the A39 on the Williton side.

91, CH26, CH27 & CM3 | Harehills Lane

Services are on diversion due to gas works from Mon 7th to Fri 11th September 2026.

91 to Pudsey Bus Station via Harehills Lane, Harehills Avenue, Chapeltown Road, resuming route after Chapel Allerton Hospital. 

CH26 & CH27 towards Cardinal Heenan only via Harehills Avenue and Chapeltown Road. 

CM3 towards Carr Manor only via Harehills Avenue and Chapeltown Road.

31 | Cathcart Road

To allow for line painting from Monday 7th September until Wednesday 9th September, Cathcart Road will be closed between Butterbiggins Road and Calder Street from 09:30 to 20:00 each day.

During the closure the following diversions will be in operation:

Towards Carmunnock Road via Cathcart Road at Butterbiggins Road, Victoria Road, Allison Street, Cathcart Road, normal route.

16 | Rotherwood Avenue 

To allow for Scottish Power Works, from Monday 7th September until Tuesday 15th September, Rotherwood Avenue at Baldwin Avenue will be closed.

During the closure the following diversion will be in operation: 

Towards Blairdardie via Rotherwood Avenue at Baldwin Avenue, Cowdenhill Road, Great Western Road, Gorget Avenue, Great Western Road to terminus.

X4 & X5 | Lowford

Due to works, services are being diverted via A27 and Hamble Lane. 

6 | Main Street and Weldon Avenue

Main Street and Weldon Avenue, Coalville, are scheduled to be closed on 9th September between 09:30 and 15:30 for carriageway resurfacing works.

Due to the location of the closure, services will operate via the Parkhall route during the closure. 

7A | Wharf Road

Wharf Road in Biddulph will be closed on Saturday 12th September between the hours of 08:00 and 16:00.

Services will divert as follows: 

Towards Biddulph via Tunstall Road before rejoining the normal route.

Towards Hanley will divert via Well Street, Princess Street and Church Road before resuming normal route.

St Johns Road will only be served outbound, and passengers will need to use the outbound side of the road for both directions during the closure.
