Bristol Pride

Bristol Pride Festival runs from 28 June - 13 July 2025, with Pride Day taking place at The Downs on Sat 12 July.

Pride Day starts with the Pride Parade, followed by a massive outdoor multi-stage festival with music and performances, community and family areas, silent disco, bars, food, markets and lots more.

We'll be at Pride Day - come along and stop by for giveaways to make your Pride Day even better!

Shuttle Bus

We will be operating a shuttle bus service from Canons Way in the City Centre, directly to Bristol Pride at The Downs on 12 July. Passengers who have bought a Pride Day wristband will be able to use the shuttle bus on the day for free. Look out for an email for instructions on how to claim your free ticket on the First Bus app.

Free Bus Travel

As well as the shuttle bus, passengers who have a wristband for the event will also be able to use any service in the Bristol Zone free of charge on Saturday 12 July. Look out for an email for instructions on how to claim your free ticket on the First Bus app.

Diversions

Various Road in and around Central Bristol and Broadmead will be closed between 09:30 and 14:00 (estimated) on Saturday 12 July to facilitate this years Pride Parade.

	Bristol	-The Horsefair B11 and B13 stops opp the old M&S will be closed between 20:00-06:00 from 1/10 until 09/10, please use stops further along opposite Poundland. -The M32 from Bristol between junctions 2 (Eastville) and 1 (Filton) will be closed overnight to services T1, Y1, Y2, m1, m3 and m4 between 21:00 and 06:00 on Tuesday 7th October.Services m1,m3 & m4 will not serve the Begbrook stop.Services towards Bristol will operate normal routes.	Prince Street and the Grove will be closed from 07:00-13:00 on 12 October. For M1 and A1 use C6 towards Broadmead and C5 for Bedminster. For service 24 R11 on Baldwin Street.

The only stop they will serve on diversion will be the Braydon Avenue stop on Brook Way. -Thornbury Road in Alveston is closed towards Thornbury until winter 2025, buses are diverting via Greenhill Lane and missing The Ship bus stop, serving Beanhill Crescent stop instead. -Webbs Wood stop is currently suspended due to a northbound closure of Bradley Stoke Way. East Street, Bedminster - EMERGENCY CLOSURE - (24, 43, 74, 75, 76, A1 & M1) - Monday 6th October - Until Further Notice

East Street in Bedminster is currently closed will remain fully closed until further notice to facilitate emergency gas main repair works.

As a result of this closure services will be diverted via Dalby Avenue and will regretfully be unable to serve the East Street bus stop. Please use the Bedminster Parade bus stop outside of Asda as the alternative bus stop.
