First Bus to expand coach presence in West Yorkshire with acquisition of J & B Travel Limited

The well-respected operator, established in Leeds for more than 40 years, runs a fleet of around 15 modern, fully wheelchair-accessible vehicles and employs approximately 25 colleagues, all of whom will continue to work for the company. General Manager Paul Lynn will continue to lead the operation as part of First Bus’s coach team, ensuring a smooth transition for customers.

The company provides private school travel, contract services and private hire, as well as operating dedicated vehicles on the FlixBus network. All existing services, bookings and contracts will continue as normal, with the added benefit of access to First Bus’s wider operational support, fleet expertise and investment.
