This helps ensure we have the correct contact information for you and that your tickets and account are correctly linked to our App.

The process should only take a couple of minutes. 

Once you have successfully verified your email, you’ll see a success message on our website. You don’t need to do anything after this - you can carry on using the app as normal. 

Yes, email verification will not impact on the availability of your tickets. 

You can, but we’d advise to verify as soon as you’re able to. 

There’s no time limit, you can do it at your own leisure but, it’s best to do it as soon as you’re able.

If you need to change your email address for whatever reason, log into the First Bus app with your account and navigate to ‘More’ > ‘View profile settings’ > ‘Edit my personal info’.

1) Log on to the First Bus app.
 

2) Press 'More' which is located bottom right of the screen.
 

3) Select ‘View profile settings’.
 

4) Tap 'Edit my personal info'.
 

5) Update your details, then tap save.

Yes - a change of email address will trigger new verification email to you. 

No, website accounts do not need to be verified at this time, but it may be requested in the future.

Yes, whatever email address you have in your account, please quickly verify that on the email link we sent you and thanks in advance for doing so. 

Verifying your email can be done at any time, simply click the link in the email you received when you’re able to verify your account.

No don’t worry, the App will be the same and any tickets you had in the App before, will be there after you’ve completed this verification.
