Wells Carnival - Bus arrangements

The following arrangements will apply during the Wells Carnival from 17:30 on Friday 14th November:

Buses between Bristol and Wells (374/375/376/376a) and Bath and Wells (171/173/174), as well as service 126 to/from Weston-super-Mare, will operate as normal however after 17.30 will run to and depart from Portway, instead of Wells Bus Station. Services may also be subject to delay.

376 – Services from Glastonbury will operate via Shepton Mallet & A371  and pick up from New Street in Wells, then normal route to Bristol. Services towards Street/Yeovil will operate the reverse of above.

Services 374 & 375 as well as terminating 376s will operate via Shepton Mallet and & A371, into Wells via Dulcote, into New Street, Mountery Road and Portway.

The High Street in Wells will be closed from 16:30 and services will be diverted.
