Maltlands in Weston Village will be closed to service X5 heading towards Weston only between 18:00 and 21:00 (three hours) on Tuesday 5th March to facilitate carriageway works.

This will only apply to the 18:29 and 19:26 journeys from Portishead and the 17:43 journey from Weston.

Service X5 heading towards Weston will operate normal route to the roundabout at the junction of Bransby Way then divert via the A370 then turn right to resume normal route at the Clover Court roundabout.

The 17:43 journey only towards Portishead after serving The Barrows bus stop will operate the reverse of the above.

Regretfully all bus stops between and including The Health Centre and Pennycress will not be served and passengers are advised to board or alight at the either Summer Lane Bridge or The Barrows bus stops.

UPDATE 16:46 Thursday 26th February.

The full lengthof Daventry Road in Knowle is currently closed to services 16 and 36 and will remain fully closed until 18:00 on Sunday 31st May to facilitate carriageway works.

All services will be diverted from Melvin Square via Ilminster Avenue and Salcombe Road to resume normal route at Broad Walk Square in both directions.

Regretfully the St Barnabas Close bus stops for services 16 and 36 will not be served in either direction and passengers are advised to board or alight at either Melvin Square or Broad Walk Square. The bus stop on Broad Walk Square roundabout will be observed towards Melvin Square.
