1. The Promoter of this prize draw is First Bus Holdings Limited, 395 King Street, Aberdeen, AB24 5RP.

2. The competition

2.1. The title of the competition is Ride for a Roll.

2.2. ​​​​​​The competition invites customers to travel with First Bus in 4 different weeks during September via a ticket displayed in the  First Bus app. Complete this challenge and the customer will be gifted a: Breakfast Roll Deal 

3. Offer is only valid on any single filling breakfast roll (omelette, sausage, bacon, lorne sausage (Scotland only)), with any regular hot drink, 250ml orange juice, 500ml water or RTD latte can. Only available until 11am.

4. How to enter

4.1. The competition will run from Tuesday 1st September (BST - 00:01) 2026 to Wednesday 30th September (BST - 00:01) 2026.

4.2. All competition entries must be received by the Promoter via entering via First Bus account before 17:00 ON Friday 4th September 2026. All competition entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.

4.3. To enter the competition:

4.3.1. Select Participants must have entered the competition webform on the First Bus website, travel with First Bus in 4 different weeks during September via a ticket displayed in the First Bus app.

4.4. By submitting a competition entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.

4.5. The Promoter will not accept:

4.5.1. Responsibility for competition entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, any technical failure, network issues or platform outages

5. Eligibility

5.1. The competition is only open to all residents in the UK aged 16 years or over, except:

5.1.1. employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies;

5.1.2. employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the competition or its administration; or

5.1.3. members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.

5.2. In entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize: a Gregg’s Breakfast Roll Deal

5.3. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the competition.

5.4. The Promoter will not accept competition entries that are:

5.4.1. automatically generated by computer;

5.4.2. completed by third parties or in bulk;

5.4.3. illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with;

5.4.4. photocopies and not originals; or

5.4.5. incomplete.

5.5. Entries that are incomplete or made on behalf of another person will not be accepted. 

5.6. The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize competition.

5.7. Competition entries cannot be returned.

6. The prize

6.1. The prize consists of a Greggs Breakfast Roll Deal voucher.

6.2. The prizes are not negotiable or transferable.

6.3. The prize voucher will have 30 day expiry associated to redeeming the prize.

7. Winners

7.1. The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.

7.2. Winners will be contacted via the original email address which received the marketing email communication, on Friday 2nd October 2026. The Promoter will not amend any contact details or usernames once the entry has been submitted.

8. Claiming the prize

8.1. Winners will have 30 days from the date of being contacted via email with the gift voucher to redeem.

8.2. The prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf.

8.3. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the prize.

9. Limitation of liability

10. Insofar as is permitted by law,  the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

11. Ownership of competition entries and intellectual property rights

11.1. All competition entries and any accompanying material submitted to the Promoter will become the property of the Promoter on receipt and will not be returned.

11.2. By submitting your competition entry and any accompanying material, you agree to:

11.2.1. assign to the Promoter all your intellectual property rights with full title guarantee; and

11.2.2. waive all moral rights,

13. in and to your competition entry and otherwise arising in connection with your entry to which you may now or at any time in the future be entitled under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 as amended from time to time and under all similar legislation from time to time in force anywhere in the world.

14. You agree that the Promoter may, but is not required to, make your entry available  on its website (https://www.firstbus.co.uk), social media channels or other media platforms, whether now known or invented in the future, and in connection with any publicity of the competition. You agree to grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable licence, for the full period of any intellectual property rights in the competition entry [and any accompanying materials], to use, display, publish, transmit, copy, edit, alter, store, re-format and sub-licence the competition entry [and any accompanying materials] for such purposes.

15. Data protection and publicity

15.1. The Promoter will only process your personal information as set out in the https://www.firstgroupplc.com/site-services/privacy. See also 6.3 and 6.4, with regard to the announcement of winners.

16. General

16.1. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition.

16.2. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize competition where it becomes necessary to do so.

16.3. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
