Service Disruption 08/10

The following issues have unfortunately been impacted by operational issues:

School Service 525

This school service has unfortunately broken down. A replacement has been sent however we estimate the service will be 30-40 minutes late to the first stop at Essex County Hospital.

Service X10

X10 service towards Stanstead will divert via Shotgate between Wickford and Chelmsford due to congestion caused by roadworks,

Service 15

17:40 Marks Tey will not run due to operational issues.

Fourth Avenue, Harlow will be closed for works nightly between 20:00hrs and 05:00hrs on 9th 10th 13th 15th & 16th of October 2025.

During this time the 417 will not be able to serve the Princess Alexandra Hospital.

Passengers should head to Hemstel Road Wych Elm stop or Hobtoe Road Foldcroft Stop in both directions.

From its Junction with Haydens road roundabout to the junction of Hoddings road in both directions .

The 417 service will operate as follows:

Towards Old Oak way ​

Hemstel Road, the Hospital, Hodings Road & Hobtoe Road.

Towards Harlow Temp bus station ​

Hobtoe Road, Hodings Road, Hemstel Road & Fourth Avenue.

Route 9 - Hanging Hill works

Due to works around Hanging Hill Lane/Rayleigh Road, expect significant delays at peak time and delays to the service.

B4 Dover way toward Pitsea is suspended.

B3 stop for Northlands toward Basildon. 

We are currently experiencing delays for the following services.

There are works taking place on Wickford Avenue by Dover Way 8-17 Oct. 

There may be disruption to the B4 service during this time.

Service 85 

Due to the closure of Hardys Green, the 85 service will divert as the following: 

School Hill (Birch), Orpen's Hill, Lower Road, Maldon Road, Heckfordbridge, the Zoo, Warren Lane, Stanway Western Bypass & London Road (Stanway Sainsburys). 

Due to works, services are experiencing delays of 15-25 minutes. The works are taking place during the day all day and are permitted until 19/12. We expect there to be delays to the above services and some services may need to be adjusted.
