As one of the largest bus operators in the area, we work closely with Essex County Council, Southend-on-Sea City Council and Thurrock Council to improve bus provision and facilities for passengers as a member of the local Enhanced Bus Partnership schemes.

As such, we are a signatory to the Bus Passenger Charters which establish a consistent standard of service you, the passenger, can reasonably expect when you travel by bus - regardless of bus company or county.
