The following services have been impacted by operational issues on 10/11/2025 - Listed from oldest to newest >>


15 / 52 / 320 / 371 / X20

[Updated: 09:52] Obstruction has been removed - Traffic has returned to normal levels. Services 15, 52, 320, 371 and X20 are resuming normal operation.

A12 - Obstruction between J24 & J26 (Southbound direction). The A12 southbound between Junctions 24 and 26 is currently gridlocked with slow-moving traffic due to a road traffic collision. Delays are expected.


3 / 20 / 25 / X30

Traffic conditions have not improved in and around Rayleigh due to temporary traffic lights installed at the junction of Rayleigh High Road and Eastwood Road: 3/20/25/X30 | High Street, Rayleigh | DISRUPTION | 09/11 - 14/11 | First Bus

Services 3, 20, 25 and X30 are currently experiencing disruption. The following actions have been implemented to reduce impact and retain punctuality:

3 / 20 / 25 / X30

  • The following bus stop will not be served: Eastwood Road

  • Towards Southend-on-Sea: Service 25 will divert via Bull Lane, Jubilee Road and Trinity Road before returning to normal line of route. The following bus stops will not be served: 
    • Websters Way
    • Queens Road
  • Service 25 will terminate at Southend Hospital at AM and PM peaks until further notice.
  • A shuttle service is operating between Southend Hospital and Southend Bus Station - approx. once every 45 minutes. 

X30

  • The X30 service will not serve Rayleigh Railway Station until further notice. *For/from Rayleigh* Customers are advised to board/disembark at Wolsey Park or Rochford Corner.
