Upcoming fare changes

Our fares will be changing from 4th January 2026 but we have worked hard to keep any increases as low as possible to help ensure travelling with us continues to offer good value for money as well as being a sustainable way to get around.

This review of our fares helps us to balance continued investment in our services to improve the experience for customers and manage business costs.

Among the changes will be a 10p rise for £2.50 Single tickets and £1.50 rise in Weekly fares in Bath and Bristol, with a £2 rise in Weston. Child singles remain at £1, with Adult singles remaining capped at £3. 

Always remember to use Tap On, Tap Off technology on board. It’s a quicker way to pay and ensures you’ll always get the cheapest fare.

Adult Ticket Prices from 4th January 2026

See below all the new ticket prices for adults travelling across the West of England. Children continue to get a 50% discount on adult fares, whilst students and young people get up to 10% discount when they purchase tickets on the First Bus app.
