Glenfrome Road, Eastville - Road Closure - 50 & 25 - starting 10.08.26

The northern part of Glenfrome Road, Eastville will be closed from 0800 on Monday 10th August until 1700 on Wednesday 2nd September for planned utilities works. This will affect service 50.

Service 50 towards Frenchay will operate normal route to Eastville roundabout where they will divert under the M32 along Stapleton Road and resume normal route at Bell Hill.

The following stops will be unable to be served:-Eastgate Centre (C), Heath Road, Woburn Road and Sir Johns Lane.

Please use either Eastville Park (B) or Glenfrome Road stops, or the Stapleton Road stop along the diversion.

Service 50 towards the City Centre will operate normal route to the bottom of Bell Hill where they will divert along Stapleton Road to Eastville roundabout and resume normal route at the Boswell Street bus stop on the next section of Stapleton Road.

The following stops will be unable to be served: -Eastgate Centre (C), Heath Road, Woburn Road and Sir Johns Lane.

Please use either Glenfrome Road or Boswell Street bus stops, or the Stapleton Road stop along the diversion.

Additionally, part of the southern section of Glenfrome Road is also closed for emergency works. This is expected to finish by 13th August. This is affecting service 25.

Service 25 to the Eastgate Centre is running the normal route. On return to Ashton Gate, buses will divert around the Eastville roundabout to then come back past the Eastgate Centre and along Eastgate Road to resume normal route further down Glenfrome Road. 

The following stop is unable to be served:- Heath Road.

Please use normal stops at Eastgate Centre or Narroways Road instead.
