Four Acres in Withywood will be closed between 0930 and 1430 on Tuesday 26th May, for mobile crane works. This will affect services 36 and 75.

Service 36 towards Highridge will run normal route to the end of Bishport Avenue, and then turn right onto Queen's Road, then left at the traffic lights onto King George's Road, resuming normal route from Highridge Green. The Queen's Road, Sherrin Way, Turtlegate Avenue, Shuter Road and Highridge Green bus stops will be missed out, please use Newland Drive stop or the Highridge Common stop on the main road instead.

Service 36 towards St. Annes will operate normal route to Highridge Common, then divert via King George's Road and Queen's Road to Bishport Avenue. In this direction, the stops missed out will be Shuter Road, Turtlegate Avenue and Sherrin Way. Please use the Highridge Common stop on the main road, or Queen's Road stop on Bishport Avenue instead.

Service 75 towards Cribbs Causeway will run normal route to the end of Bishport Avenue, and then turn right onto Queen's Road and via Grange Road to resume normal route on Church Road at the St Peter's Church stop. Bus stops missed in this direction will be Queen's Road, Sherrin Way, Turtlegate Avenue, Shuter Road, Highridge Green and Church Road. Please use the stops at Newland Drive or St Peter's Church instead.

Service 75 towards Hengrove, will divert from Church Road via Grange Road and Queen's Road into Bishport Avenue, and the stops missed in this direction will be Church Road, Highridge Green, Shuter Road, Turtlegate Avenue and Sherrin Way. Please use the St Peter's Church stop on Church Road or the Queen's Road stop on Bishport Avenue instead.

Anchor Road, Bristol - Overnight Road Closure - Various services - Starting 18.05.2026

Anchor Road & College Green will be closed overnight (21:00-05:30) from 18th May until 21st May (Four Nights)

This will affect Bristol N/S services U2 X1, X1a, X4, X6, X6a, X9, X14.

Monday 18th May Anchor Road and College Green will be closed in both directions.

After exiting Bus Station services will divert Marlborough Street past the BRI to Park Street top, then continue down Jacobs Wells Road to Hotwells Road. Services towards Bristol will from Hotwells Road use Jacobs Wells Road, Clifton Triangle to St James Barton Roundabout into Bristol Bus Station.

Stops at City Centre, Anchor Road & Gasworks Lane will be missed.

Tuesday 19th until Thursday 21st May Anchor Road Outbound will be open

Services leaving Bristol will operate normal Route. Services towards Bristol will operate Via Jacobs Wells Road, Clifton Triangle To St James Roundabout into Bristol Bus Station.

Manvers Street / Bridge Street, Bath - Road Closures - Various services - starting 26.05.26

Manvers Street and Bridge Street in Bath city centre will be closed from Tuesday 26th May for three weeks. After this, Bridge Street will re-open, but Manvers Street will remain closed until November 2026 for major works to rebuild the road above historic vaults. Services 2, 3, 4, 6/6a/7, 13, 20, D1/D1x, U1, U1N and U3 will be affected.

Due to the long term nature of this closure, we are treating it as a service change rather than ad-hoc diversions. Timetables, app tracking and online Journey Planning data will be updated to reflect the changes.

Buses will divert via the full length of Church Road instead, and serve all bus stops on diversion.
