Remembrance Day Service various roads in Central Bristol will be closed from 05:00 to 13:00 on Sunday 8th November. This will affect various services.

Services 6, 7, 46. 47x, 48, 49 Towards Bristol City Centre will operate normal route until Old Market diverting via Lower Castle Street, Broad Weir, Newgate, Baldwin Street, onto Prince Street to terminate at Queens Square metro Stop.

The following bus stops will not able to be served: The Centre until Lower Castle Street, Cabot Circus South.

Please use the stops at Queens Square or Old Market instead.

Return journeys will operate the same diversion in reverse commencing from Queens Square metro bus stop via diversion route to resume normal service at Old Market. 

Service 5 Towards From the University of Bristol will operate normal route until Queens Road diverting via Park Row towards Bear Pit Roundabout on to Bond Street to resume normal route on Temple Way. 

The following bus stops will not able to be served: College Green until Lower Castle Street.

Please use the stops at Queen's Road or Old Market instead.

Service 5 towards St Anne's will operate the same diversion in reverse.

The following bus stops will not able to be served: Haymarket until College Green.

Please use the stops at Cabot Circus or Park Street Top instead.

Service 77 Towards Lockleaze will operate normal route until Queens Road diverting via Park Row towards Bear Pit Roundabout to resume normal route on at Stokes Croft.

The following bus stops will not able to be served: College Green until The Haymarket.

Please use the stops at Queens Road or Stokes Croft instead.

Service 77 towards Stoke Bishop will operate the same diversion in reverse.

The following bus stops will not able to be served: The Haymarket until College Green.

Please use the stops at Park Street Top or Stokes Croft instead.

Service 70 Towards UWE will operate normal route until Prince Street diverting via Marsh Street, Baldwin Street and Union Street looping around Rupert Street to resume normal route from Lewins Mead.

The following bus stops will not able to be served: The Centre and Christmas Steps.

Please use the stops at Redcliffe Way or The Haymarket instead.

Service 70 Towards Temple Meads will operate normal route until Bridewell Street, Fairfax Street, Wine Street, Baldwin Street to resume normal route on Prince Street.

The following bus stop will not able to be served: Rupert Street and The Centre.

Please use the stops at The Haymarket or Redcliffe Way instead.

Service 41 Towards Warmley will operate normal route until to Hotwells Road, at the Roundabout left into Jacobs Wells Road, Triangle West, Queen’s Road, bear left onto Park Row continue past the BRI to the Bear Pit 2nd exit onto Bond Street (Relief at Bus Stop S1). Follow round to Temple Way to resume route at Old Market.

The following bus stops will not able to be served: Gasworks Lane until Lower Castle Street. 

Please use the stops at Hotwell Road or Old Market instead.

Service 41 Towards Avonmouth will operate the same diversion in reverse.

The following bus stops will not able to be served: Rupert Street until Gasworks Lane. 

Please use the stops at Bond Street or Hotwell Road instead.
