From Sunday 26th July 2026, we have some changes to services in Bristol.

All the new timetables can be seen on our Timetables page. Please make sure to click the 'Forthcoming Timetables' tab if looking before 26th July.

Summer Holiday timetables

As per previous years, services 1, 2, 2a, 3, 4, 24, 70, 75, 76 and metrobus m1 in Bristol will run special summer holiday timetables on Monday to Fridays from 26th July over the summer. This means that buses can continue to progress along the route as quickly as possible in the much reduced summer traffic conditions.

There won't be any changes to Saturday or Sunday timetables, and buses will return to normal timetables from 30th August. (Some routes have additional changes from then - more information will be available soon.)

Most changes are minor, but service 70 will run every 30 minutes rather than every 20 minutes due to reduced demand over the University summer holidays.

Route 25

We will be taking over route 25, which will now run from Eastgate Centre to Ashton Gate via the City Centre and North Street. Please see the dedicated webpage here for full information.

metrobus route m2

metrobus route m2 will have a revised timetable with reduced frequencies. Buses at peak times on weekdays will run every 12 minutes instead of every 10 minutes. Buses at off peak times and on Saturdays will run every 20 minutes instead of every 15 minutes. This is a permanent change to the timetable and there won't be another change from 30th August.
