Badminton Road in Downend between Westbourne Road and Blackhorse Lane will be closed overnight to service 48 between 20:00 and 06:00 from Wednesday 28th June through to Friday 7th July (eight nights excluding weekend) to facilitate further resurfacing works.

Service 48 heading towards Emersons Green will operate normal route along Badminton Road as far as the junction of Four Acre Road then divert via Four Acre Road, Quaker Road, A4174 and Badminton Road (part unaffected) to resume normal route at Blackhorse Lane.

Regretfully the Leap Bridge bus stop will not be served and passengers are advised to board or alight at either Sandringham Avenue bus stop on Badminton Road or The Trident bus stop on Blackhorse Lane.

Service 48 heading towards Broad Quay will operate the reverse of the above.

Regretfully The Trident and Leap bus stops will not be served and passengers are advised to board or alight at The Trident bus stop on Badminton Road just after the service turns right out of Blackhorse Lane on diversion route or the Sandringham Avenue bus stop on Badminton Road.
