Allison Road in Broomhill, Bristol will be closed on Monday 1st June 2026, from 09.30 to 19.30. This will affect services 1 and 36.

Service 1 towards Broomhill will run normal route as far as the Winchester Road stop on Sandy Park Road, then divert via Wick Road, Bath Road, Church Hill, School Road, and resume normal route from the Broomhill Road stop on School Road.

Service 1 towards Cribbs Causeway will run normal route as far as the Gurnsey Avenue stop on Broomhill Road, then divert down School Road, Church Hill, Bath Road, Eagle Road and Wick Road, resuming normal route from the Winchester Road stop on Sandy Park Road.

The following bus stops will not be able to be served: Wick Crescent, Sherwell Road.

Please use the Winchester Road, Broomhill Road or Gurnsey Avenue stops instead.

Service 36 towards Highridge will run normal route as far as the Sunnydene stop on Wick Road, then continue down Wick Road to the Bath Road, and run via Bath Road to resume normal route from Brislington Square.

The following stops won't be able to be served: Wick Crescent, Sherwell Road, The Rock and Jean Road. Please use the stop on Wick Road outside the Vets (just after the Allison Road junction) or at Brislington Square instead.

Service 36 towards St. Anne's will run normal route to Brislington Square but not turn right into Church Hill, and instead continue along Bath Road (serving the Bristol-bound Brislington Square bus stop), then divert via Eagle Road and Wick Road, resuming normal route from the Allison Road bus stop on Wick Road.

The following stops won't be able to be served: Church Hill, Jean Road, The Rock, Sherwell Road and Wick Crescent. Please use the stops at Brislington Square or Allison Road (on Wick Road) instead.
