The A38, Bridgwater Road at Lime Kiln Roundabout to Bristol Airport will be closed between 2000-0600 each night from Tuesday 26th May to Wednesday 3rd June (including weekends).

Service A1 Bristol Airport Flyer and Service A4 Bath Airport Flyer heading towards Bristol Airport will operate normal route as far as Lime Kiln Roundabout. It will then go down Colliters Way and join the A370 to Congresbury, where it will follow the B3133 though to Brinsea Road and Stock Lane, back onto the A38 and follow the road to the Airport from the other side. Buses towards Bristol will operate the same diversion in reverse.

Service A4 Bath Airport Flyer heading towards Bristol Airport will operate normal route as far as Highridge Green.Then join the A38 via Kings Head Lane until Lime Kiln Roundabout.It will then go down Colliters Way and join the A370 to Congresbury, where it will follow the B3133 though to Brinsea Road and Stock Lane, back onto the A38 and follow the road to the Airport from the other side.Buses towards Bath will operate the same diversion in reverse.

Bus stops by Lime Kiln Roundabout will be served on the diversion. Unfortunately we will be unable to serve any bus stops between Yanley Lane/Yanley Close and The Airport Tavern inclusive.

Due to the length of the diversion, delays are expected, so please allow extra time for your journey.

Service U2 towards Weston-super-Mare will divert from Ashton Road (Winterstoke Road bus stop) via the A370 through Backwell, Cleve and Congresbury, turning left onto the B3133 to Langford, resuming normal route at Langford Vet Campus. Buses towards Bristol will run normal route as far as Langford Vet Campus, then divert the reverse of above through Congresbury, Cleve and Backwell on the A370, resuming normal route from David Lloyd Leisure Centre stop.

The following bus stops will not able to be served: Brookgate until Yew Tree Close.

Please use stops at Langford Veterinary College, St Mary's Gardens, Winterstoke Road, David Lloyd Leisure Centre or The Ashton instead.

Pulteney Bridge, Bath - Overnight Road Closure - U1 and U1N - starting 01.06.26

Pulteney Bridge, Bath will be closed Overnight between 19:00-06:00 from Monday 1st June to Saturday 13th June. This will affect services U1 and U1N.

Service U1 will divert into Bath via North Parade, turn around at Terrace Walk/Bog Island, and then pick up from the North Parade bus stop on its way back to the University.

Service U1N heading towards Bath University will follow normal route to Widcombe then turn left into North Parade, turn around on Terrace Walk/Bog Island, then go back along North Parade, picking up from the bus stop on North Parade, and turn left resuming normal route route at the roundabout.

Service U1N towards Central Bath will follow the reverse of the above.

The Following Stops will not be served:- Edward Street, Laura Place, Grand Parade, Bath Abbey.

Please use the stop on North Parade instead.

Manvers Street / Bridge Street, Bath - Road Closures - Various services - starting 26.05.26

Manvers Street and Bridge Street in Bath city centre will be closed from Tuesday 26th May for three weeks. After this, Bridge Street will re-open, but Manvers Street will remain closed until November 2026 for major works to rebuild the road above historic vaults. Services 2, 3, 4, 6/6a/7, 13, 20, D1/D1x, U1, U1N and U3 will be affected.

Due to the long term nature of this closure, we are treating it as a service change rather than ad-hoc diversions. Timetables, app tracking and online Journey Planning data will be updated to reflect the changes.

Customers who transfer between service 3 and 4 will not be charged for their second bus trip when using tap on tap off, as long as they start their second bus journey within an hour of starting their first trip.
