Situated at the top of pedestrianised Buchanan Street and packed with high street favourites and designer brands, Buchanan Galleries is a go-to shopping destination for Glasgow’s fashion lovers.
The centre is home to over 90 fashion, electrical and gift outlets, as well as quirky and unique food outlets.
Over four floors you’ll find High Street brands, small independents and the John Lewis department store.
Whether you want a new look for your night out or to pick up the latest gadget, you’ll find what you’re looking for in Buchanan Galleries.
A helpful information centre can be found at Level 3 and John Lewis, Mango, Next, and Phase Eight all offer a personal shopper and/or style advisor services.

Flexible Tickets
We offer a wide range of tickets including flexible tickets, which are handy for making occasional trips by bus. We’re still accepting exact cash payments on our buses (we operate exact fare only/no change given) but you could download the First Bus app for our cheapest tickets. And don’t forget you have the option to pay contactless on all of our buses.
Flexi 10 tickets
Ten handy single tickets bought on our App to use whenever you want. They’re valid for 12 months but aren't valid for travel on Glasgow Airport Express service 500. Ideal if you’re commuting just a few times a week!

Service 1C | Achamore Road | CLEAR
Achamore Road now clear and services resuming regular routes
Due to poorly parked cars at the bottom of Achamore Road
1C Services are unable to are unable to turn into it from Kinfauns Drive. Instead, they will continue on Kinfauns Drive, then divert left on to Peel Glen Road, left Ladyloan Avenue, right Monymusk Place to Terminus.

New Street / 9 / DIVERSION / 12th of December 2025
To allow for filming on Friday the 12th of December 18:00 until 22:00 High Street/New Street will be closed.
During the closure all stops will be observed and the following diversions will be in operation:
Service 9 towards Paisley:
Normal route to Causeyside Street, New Street, Church onto Stow Brae and terminate at the bus stand.
Service 9 towards City:
Depart bus Stand to end of Stow Brae, Canal Street, Causeyside Street & the normal route.
Whirlies Roundabout / 201 / 5th - 12th of December 2025
To allow for road works on Friday the 5th of December until Friday the 12th of December, the A725 towards the Whirlies Roundabout will be closed heading towards East Kilbride between 20:00 and 06:00 each night.
During the closure the following diversions will be in operation:
Service 201 towards East Kilbride:
Normal route A725, Mavor Roundabout, Kingsway A749, Whirlies Roundabout, Calderwood Road & the normal route.
Mill Road / STOP DISRUPTION 18th of October 2025
Mill Road
To allow for bridge repair works, commencing Saturday night 18th October from 20:00 until 06:00, then every consecutive Saturday night until Sunday morning 21st December, this stop will be out of use.

Starting from Saturday 18th October 20:00 until 06:00, then every consecutive Saturday night until Sunday morning 21st December, Mill Road Clydebank will be closed for bridge repair works.
During the closure all stops will be observed and the following diversion will be in operation.
Service 1, 1A, 2 & 6 towards Clydebank:
Glasgow Road at Mill Road, North Elgin Street & Barns Street.
Service 1, 1A, 2 & 6 towards Scotstoun:
