Lost Property procedure
If you have left an item on one of our buses, the best way to recover it is to complete the contact form on our help and support page and select "Lost Property". Please include as much detail as possible.
Our drivers collect all lost property found on our buses and return it to their depot, but it can take up to 3 working days to register lost property items on our system.

Service 81| Morrison St Diversion
Due to a tight turn at Morrison St, please use the following diversion until further notice.
During the closure all stops will be observed and the following diversion will be in operation.
Service 81 are diverting during this time via Normal route Auchentoshan Avenue, continue Auchentoshan Avenue , Dumbarton Road, normal route.
Carmunnock Road Northbound - Service 31, 46 & 75
To allow for resurfacing works, from Monday 3rd August 08:00 until Monday 10th August 20:00, Carmunnock Road will be closed Northbound between Ardencraig Road and Dougrie Road.
During the closure, all stops will be observed, and the following diversion will be in operation.
Please advise passengers before going on diversion and where next stop is.
Service 31 towards Osborne Street:
The services are diverting via Carmunnock Road at Ardencraig Road, Ardencraig Road, Birgidale Road, Dougrie Road, Carmunnock Road, normal route.
Service 31A towards Osborne Street:
The services are diverting via Dougrie Road at Birgidale Road, Dougrie Road, Carmunnock Road, normal route.
Service 46 & 75 towards Carmunnock Road:
The services are diverting via Dougrie Road at Carmunnock Road, Carmunnock Road, circle Croftfoot roundabout, Carmunnock Road and take recovery at the first stop.
Service 46 & 75 towards Easterhouse/Milton:
Depart first stop on Carmunnock Road, Dougrie Road, normal route.
A73 Lanark Road Carluke - Service 243
To allow for resurfacing works on Monday 3RD August until Friday 7th August, A73 Lanark Road will be closed.
During the closure the following diversion will be in operation.
Service 243 towards Lanark,
The services are diverting via Lanark Road at Wilton Road, Wilton Road, A721 Kilncadzow Road, B7056 Boghall Road, A73 Lanark Road to the normal route.
Service 243 towards North Motherwell,
The services are diverting via A73 Lanark Road at Boghall Road, B7056 Boghall Road, A721 Kilncadzow Road, Wilton Road, A73 Lanark Road to the normal route.
High Common Road/Blacklaw Drive East Kilbride - Service 21
To allow for resurfacing works, from Tuesday 4th August at 07:00 until Wednesday 5th August, High Common Road/Blacklaw Drive will be closed.
Blacklaw Drive will also be closed at the junction of High Common Road until Friday 7th August.
During the closure, all stops will be observed, and the following diversion will be in operation.
Service 21 towards East Kilbride between 4th Aug-5th Aug:
The service are diverting via St Leonards Road at High Common Road, St Leonards Road, Calderwood Road, Whitemoss roundabout into Kingsway, Birniehill roundabout into Queensway, normal route.
Service 21 towards Whirlies between 4th Aug-5th Aug:
The service are diverting via Queensway, Birniehill roundabout into Queensway, Whitemoss roundabout into Calderwood Road, St Leonards Road, normal route.
Service 21 towards East Kilbride between 6th Aug-7th Aug:
The service are diverting via High Common Road at Blacklaw Drive, High Common Road, normal route.
Service 21 towards Whirlies between 6th Aug-7th Aug;
The service are diverting via High Common Road at Blacklaw Drive, High Common Road, normal route.
Service 3 & 6A | Duntreath
Due to resurfacing difficulties on Tuesday 28th July until Tuesday 4th August Duntreath on slip will be closed.
During the closure all stops will be observed and the following diversions will be in operation:
Service 3 & 6A - Normal route to Duntreath Ave at Allerdyce Rd, 2nd exit at the roundabout, continue Allerdyce Rd, 2nd exit at the next round about, 1st exit at the next roundabout, Left Great Western Road - Normal Route
Westfield Road - Services 38C X3
To allow for resurfacing works on Monday 3rd August 08:00 until Monday 17th August 18:00, Westfield Road will be closed.
During the closure, all stops will be observed, and the following diversions will be in operation:
Services 38C & X3 towards Cumbernauld
The services are diverting via Gartferry Road, Cumbernauld Road, Main Street, Mollinsburn, Condorrat Ring Road, North Road, Westfield Road, normal route.
Services 38C & X3 towards Glasgow
The services are diverting via Westfield Road at North Road, North Road, Main Street, Mollinsburn, Gartferry Road normal route.
Service 201 | Hillfoot Road Airdrie
Service 201 Hillfoot Road Airdrie
To allow for resurfacing works, from Monday 27th July until Friday 31st July, Hillfoot Road will be closed.
During the closure all stops will be observed and the following diversion will be in operation.
Service 201 towards Petersburn:
Normal route Gartlea Road at Gartleahill, continue to Gartleahill, normal route.
Service 43 | Tynecastle Street
To allow for Road Works on Tuesday 21st July until Monday 10th August Tynecastle Street will be closed.
During the closure all stops will be observed and the following diversions will be in operation:
Service 43 towards Parkhead
Normal route Edinburgh Road, at Springboig Road continue Edinburgh Road left un-named Road, right Carntyne Road normal route.
Service 43 towards Fort
Normal route Carntyne Road left un-named Road (opp Lightburn Place) right Edinburgh Road normal route.
Service X11 | Newmains Roundabout
Service X11 Newmains Roundabout
To allow for Scottish Gas Works on Monday 13th July until Wednesday 16th September, Bonkle Road will be closed at Newmains roundabout and 4-way temp lights will be at location.
During the closure all stops will be observed and the following diversions will be in operation:
Service X11 Towards Newmains: Normal route Manse Road at School Road, Newmains Roundabout onto Manse Road.
Services 21 & 41 - George Square South/Cochrane Street
To allow for Avenues' works from Monday, 11th May until August, George Square South/Cochrane Street will be closed.
During the closure, all stops will be observed, and the following diversion will be in operation.

Service 21 towards City Centre:
The services are diverting via Ingram Street, Shuttle Street, George Street and take a layover at the first stop.
Service 21 towards East Kilbride:
The services are diverting via George Street, Montrose Street, Montrose Street, Ingram Street, Queen Street, St Vincent Place, normal route.
Service 41 towards West Regent Street:
The services are diverting via Montrose Street, Ingram Street, Queen Street, St Vincent Place, normal route.
