A129 London Rd is now closed between Billericay, Mountnessing Road and Hutton, The Chequers.
Route 9 will divert from Chapel Street, Billericay to Norman Crescent, East Ham estate via A176, A127, A128, Running Eaters until 15:00 today whilst resurfacing takes place.
Due to burst water main on A128 in Ingrave, the diversion is now routed via B1007 Stock Rd, A12, A1023 Chelmsford Rd, Shenfield. This means Billericay High St and Rail stn can now be served.
Delays to this route are around 60 mins.
A129 London Road reopen as of 15:33.

Due to resurfacing works route 25 will not serve until 1500:
Buses will divert via A1015 Rayleigh Road/Eastwood Road.

RTC between Little Wheatleys Chase and Rayleigh Station.
Route 25 will now terminate at Civic Centre, customers should continue on foot to Southend High Street as Chichester Road is gridlocked.
Buses will turn around at Princes Street roundabout and start Basildon-bound at layby opposite Southend Museum.
Curtailment is due to closure of Queensway for long term road project and partial collapsed building between Chichester Road and Southend High Street.

Services will start from the Cathedral.
