Rayleigh Road (A1015), Leigh-on-Sea is closed for roadworks from 21/06/2026 to 20/07/2026.

Due to the location of the roadworks - only journeys TOWARDS CHELMSFORD will be impacted.

The X30 / 625 will divert via Southbourne Grove, Carlton Avenue, Hobleythick Lane, Prince Avenue, Nestuda Way, Eastwoodbury Lane and Whitehouse Road.

The following bus stops will not be served:

  • Southbourne Grove
  • Mannering Gardens South
  • St Thomas Moore School
  • Westcliff High Schools
  • Treecot Drive
  • Hurst Way
  • Kent Elms Corner South
  • Kent Elms Corner North
  • Brooklands Avenue

Passengers are advised to use the following alternate bus stop(s) to board/disembark the X30 / 625:

  • BEFORE DIVERSION: Prittlewell School
  • AFTER DIVERSION: Rochford Corner
